Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in that time slot. Please take this in to consideration of the massage therapist schedule and to other clients.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
*PLEASE NOTE**-for GROUPON or LIVING SOCIAL SPECIALS-YOU LOSE OR FORFEIT THE PROMOTIONAL PRICE THAT YOU PAID FOR THE GROUPON BUT YOU CAN PAY THE DIFFERENCE OF THE FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE PURCHASED AND RESCHEDULE.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

$25.00 fee for all returned checks
Therapist reserves the right to end a session should inappropriate behavior occur.
Clients will remain draped with linens at all times.
**For Mobile Massage requests, there is an additional fee for mileage, set up & tear down at location of choice.**
This is your time to relax & escape. Please turn off your cell phone/pager. During your session if you like chatting, we'll chat. But if you prefer to relax in silence, I want you to feel comfortable doing so.
