Mission Statement
My goal is to provide therapeutic massage and reflexology modalities to the public to benefit them with relief from stress and tension, aid with health conditions, and provide regular maintenance of the body in order to achieve and maintain wellness plus a healthy body & lifestyle.

Facial Reflexology(Specific Reflex points to help alleviate Stress on the face,(Anti-Aging, reducing lines and wrinkles), (Help Medical conditions such as TMJ, Migriane Headaches, Facial Muscle Spasms, Bell's Palsy, Pre-Menopause/Menopause/Post-Menopause, Brain conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, Dementia, and imbalances in the brain due to trauma, accidents, and neurological dysfunctions.
Reflexology *(Reflex points of the feet and/or hands) Also effects the body as a whole with all the organs, glands and tissues-also known as zone therapy. (One part can refer and effect another part when being worked on to bring in nerve, blood supply, oxygen to an area that has tightness, tension, or stress blocking the nerve pathway so it can't perform in a healthy manner> Therefore, the Reflexology is an extremely effective tool to help the body normalize again.
Simple Stress Relief Massage & Reflexology Combo(The best of both worlds, upper massage on neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands & then reflexology through the feet, which covers the body as a whole from the feet up to the head.
Swedish Relaxation Massage-Exactly that-Relaxation of the body, mind, and senses as this gentle, light to medium pressure melts away the stresses and tensions of everyday life and gives the body a chance to reset, renew, and refresh.
Therapeutic Massage-This massage is a more specific/targeted massage that is focused on the massage therapists intuition and training to target specific points of tension, tightness, and stress found in areas of the body and to help ease and allow the muscles to relax and detox from the work being done and providing a sense of peace and relaxation overall.
Pre-natal Massage-Specially designed for those Mothers-to-be.(Side-lying during the massage with pillows for comfort). Gentle massage will help target areas of tension and stress in the Mother's body that is being changed as the precious child is growing and developing during the pregnancy. It is a special time for "Mom" to relax and be pampered(Baby gets the benefit as well). **Please note that you must be in the second trimester(for the safety of the precious baby),
Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry*(energy work on & off the body with prayer) This is a special type of modality that involves Spirit, Mind, Body, & Soul. With the Intuitive knowing and Training of the Healing Touch Practioner, it allows transformation of the mind to be renewed from the past traumas suffered.(This is ONLY Biblically based solely on God's word).
